...there sure is some funky stuff goin' on with this second solo wax, from flat out trailer twang to some funky gospel wailin'...funky galpop sashayin' to hymanal folk, its all well real 'n down with th' groove...squeaky fiddles, tambourines 'n cowbell all add to th' flavour makin' this a much better LP than a lotta cats were once willin' to admit...even th' covers gotta be one o' th' funkiest 'n thats th' plain truth, sho' is funky...
